LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD

We had such wonderful visitors this week! Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother came to tell us their story and passed out some delicious treats.

THE LITTLE OLD LADY WHO WAS NOT AFRAID OF ANYTHING

This week we did an interactive read aloud with The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid Of Anything. As the students participated in the read aloud their memory was enhanced. Interactive read alouds help children understand the book being read and participating in a large group gives your child confidence.

NAME RECOGNITION

The children worked on recognizing their name this week by decorating them with halloween sticks which is also a great fine motor exercise.

CLOTHESLINE COUNTING

This is a fun activity goes along with our clothing study and integrates counting and fine motor skills.
