Trees and Christmas Joy

A special thank you to Troop 1 Scouts

Troup one cleaned up our trails and we had a great nature walk. We looked at trees and learned how trees change.

Thank you to everyone who helped with our community service project! Toys for Tots picked up the toys today. Your child is never too young to help others. The Children in our community will have a wonderful Christmas because of the kindness of our parents.

HOW IS CLOTHING MADE?

We were excited to have Mrs. Carol Yazel come to our class. She showed the children how to crochet. We learned that clothes and blankets can be crocheted. The children loved her tools and the bright colors of the yarn were a hit. A special thank you to Mrs. Yazel for giving us a WOW moment!

LIFE CYCLE OF A PUMPKIN

The 7th and 8th grade students grew pumpkins and made books for us. Each preschool child had a buddy for this field trip. A book was written and illustrated just for your child. As we toured the pumpkin patch we learned about the life cycle of a pumpkin.

A special thank you to Mrs. Ayers and her students for this exciting field trip!
